Offer A Hand Up Counseling also offers solution focused coaching strategies to help support individuals on their journey to healing. Offer A Hand Up Counseling provides support to help individuals move from what happened to them from past trauma towards whole person healing.

Offer A Hand Up Counseling provides individual and group Counseling and Life  Coaching, as well as, referrals for adolescents and adults, ages 12 and older in remote and virtual settings.
